Check below some of my step by step procedure:
3: Select the Platform of your blog!
4: Go to your Template Layout and click Download Full Template.
5: After you download back to your DISQUS COMMENTS and browse the Full Template that you download in step 4,click Upload and Continue.
6: Copy the xhtml code same with the picture below and go to blogger template and hit the Expand Widget Template Select the codes and replace it with Disqus Codes, save template and your done.
